I'm an actor, director, singer but also a teacher, community artist, writer, filmmaker, producer and general all round arts 'good-for-nothing'.
I'm interested in making a difference - that's why I chose to be an actor years ago, why I stopped over fifteen years ago not long after reaching the West End...
and why in recent years I've taken up the challenge once more.
I now continue against the odds. It's also why I take on too many arts projects with troubled teenagers, isolated rural communities and make educational films in Malawi and West Africa purplefieldproductions.org
2019. In addition to promoting the arts in my local region I am currently coordinator of a campaign group 999 Call for the NHS fighting to protect the NHS from privatisation. I tend to put my artistic skills to good use there with videos, images and media - work that is now being used nationwide.
